Dear Dr YV Singh (M.S.) Director & Sr. Surgeon,had training at KGMC LUCKNOW,SAFDERJUNG DELHI,HINDU RAO DELHI,DDU DELHI.. i would like to inform you that you have a poor, pathetic, unprofessional, indiscipline staff and very poor management i must say.... my son was admitted there for 2 days in your so called private room and it seems like torture and prison. i tried to get in touch with you regarding my complaint but they refuse me to meet you.. i would suggest their should be a complaint number or complain box which directly reach u so that patients can convey their feedback with you. here i am sending some of the issues i have faced. # Private room which cost 5000 - with damaged AC # after registered Complaint - no action taken # continue water leakage from Ac in room # no bedsheets changed in entire 2 days # Day nurse don't have knowledge of prescription and medicine they were not able to understand doctors handwriting. #front office lady receptionist - very rude very unprofessional #refuse to share your details, receipts not provided till 24 hrs which logically had to be shared at the time of discharge # said no option of mailing the bills only hard copy #due to which now i am not eligible for rembersmnet #SHAME SARVODYA HOSPITAL VAISHALI GHAZIABAD....

Dr SS Bhagat was great and humble person and,Hospital OT and Room are well cleaned all nursing staff and supporting staf was available 24,*7 and very professional
So unhygienic environment. Nursing staff is not properly trained. Rooms have higher tarrif with respective to the facilities available.

Pathetic so called attenders in minor OT... Don't even know how to tie a bandage.. unnecessarily suggested stiches...
