Geeta Gupta is a great teacher - very meticulous and she ensures that you do the the yoga with proper breathing. She is patient, she is adjusting to our need, she is kind and understanding and gives a lot of health tips. For me, I could not find a better teacher than her !! Best wishes for her !!

Anyone who wants to join Yoga for any reason be it health reasons or changing your lifestyle for good, this is the best place to get the experience. This, I'm telling from my own experience. Within a span of 2 weeks only, I've seen a drastic change in myself. Geeta Ma'am, teaches and also explains every details of every single activity. I'm now feeling peace and calmness at mental as well as physical level. Not only yoga or meditation, she also tells you about the diet you need to follow according to your conditions. Also her meditation tips and tricks are on another level which gives you a sense of relief from any stress related issues. I don't know about the other places, but learning yoga and meditation from her is one of the best choices you can make for yourself. DO GIVE IT A TRY!

Geeta is such a dedicated person towards her goal to make everyone smile who are in pain with her knowledge and ayurveda.I highly recommend her for constant efforts and consistency in teaching yoga to people who come with their problems,she understands and give attention to every client. she makes you so comfortable that you can easily share your problems with her.
