An amazing place to enjoy the kodai weather with family and friends. Price was affordable and boats were in good condition. Lake also maintained clean. Took a ride in row boat accompanied by an guide who rows the boat and also tells about Kodaikanal Heritage. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cycling and horse riding are available around the lake with lot of eatery items. Good place to enjoy your evenings.
Mostly crowded early morning crowd is less. Lower hight boats Should be careful with kids. Place is very clean. Shops available Rest rooms available Kids pedaling boats available Honey moon couples boat available. Check more facilities pictures in below.
Relax and enjoy the lake with paddling board and row boats. It's a very large lake, best time to visit is morning and evening so that the sun is not strong.
Awesome place, Misty, mild fog and chilled air along with loved one(my wife) .. what a feeling.. such a wonderful moments to spend our time .. First ever visit with my wife.. had a great moment .. took selfies.. surrounded by dense trees.. Outside you would find roadside #Teashop #Ice cream and few more shops to make yourself energise.. Besides you have riding.. per km they charge 100 RS for each.. and you can rental cycle for riding , and they charge 100 RS for couple cycle .. Awesome moments .. Awesome place. Thanks to the weather we had best time of our Kodaikanal stay. Tge lake quickly filled with fig the experience of peddling in the lake filled with fog with absolutely no visibility was enthralling. I suggest you give this a visit especially if you are a nature lover.
A serene place for anyone who wishes to take a break from life. Kodaikanal already being very beautiful, this lake and the boat house are a major tourist attraction spot for the town. Also, the boats have been recently refurbished so that tourist can cruise the lake in style.
Great place, Nice ambiance of the lake situated at the top of the hill. Boat rowing guys are friendly, only thing is place is crowded at the most of the times and offer boat for hourly price. Pedal boats are also available for some privacy ride. And dont touch the water, it stinks.
Very good location with reasonable price compared to all others around. There are separate Q after u purchase the tickets for paddling boats and rowing. This boat house charges RS 20 per head! Which is cool....where as all others places the charge were very high like RS 180 and more costly for the same services.

Great place to stay, was with my family for my father's birthday. Wonderful hospitality by the owners and staff. Clean large bedrooms and view from the garden is a must. Glad we booked this stay as it was very close to the town yet secluded. Must try
