It's is worst service provided by sarthi. As we are badrinath and they give us stay at kuber regency it's 4 start hotel and even at check in time there is not towel no soap shampoo available. As asked for shop they said they provide only a soap not shampoo. It's -3 c temp and their gyser is not working. Sarthi person nileshbhai also just giving hope they will do but it's not working due to this we missed our kedarnath darshan. Sarthi tours n travels is worst.
