Had a good experience at the Zoo. The place can be much better is maintained properly. Amazed to see so many different animals and bird in a Surat Zoo. Good place to visit with Kids. It was a wonderful place to take your kids and family their, Well maintained. The entry Fees are minimal 30Rs for adults and 20 for kids. It's a huge place, you'll get to watch many different time of birds and animals.
When I was a kid at that time the zoo was too good and there were too many animals and birds available but right now not that much animals and birds were there.... I specially request to SMC that please change the cage of white tiger bcz it's too small for them.
It was wonderful experience to see all the animals very active. Suggest to go between 11:30 to 3:00.
Actually sarthana park has so many animals / birds like : white tiger , tiger , lion , hippo , alligators , cute otters , deer , white spot deers , bear , ostrich , scarlet macaw , peacock , white peacock , so many ducks & also many other parrot species ( I dare you to visit this place )
Zoo of surat is most amazing place for picnic.There is different varieties of animals and birds. You can enjoy with your family on weekends. This place is peaceful and relaxing. Tickets are not costly;if you want to buy food ,there are some stalls for it. Please don't feed the food to animals which is unhealthy for animals. There many species of deer and other animals. And also you can collect some info about animal for your knowledge.
Beautiful and Maintained Zoo at Surat. Multiple wild animals with detailed information. So many birds to view and know about them. Good place for children to explore wild life and know about nature.
The most amazing venue for a picnic is the zoo in Surat.There are numerous species of birds and animals. On weekends, you can have fun with your family. It's tranquil and comfortable here. there are lots of space available but parking is not free. This is not good thing SMC. There are various stalls where you can get food, and tickets are not expensive. Please refrain from feeding animals stuff that is unhealthy for them. Deer and other animals come in a variety of species. Additionally, you can gather some animal-related knowledge.I enjoyed my visit to the zoo. If the place is well maintained, it may be much better. I was amazed to visit a Surat Zoo and observe such a variety of animals and birds. a good location to take children. There is no good cuisine available. You may possibly spend two to three hours here.
