Room location is very prime. Service can be a little more friendly. Rooms stink a bit. No air ventilation. But a decent facility in a prime location under budget.

Very neat and tidy good for family staying ... Only thing who are in charge in position they are very much short tempered talking very rood with customers example with me. Because we should not ask any questions to them.. If we questioned they r tampered then tell that no room for you etc. I hope some changes.. Thanks sarovara keeping me safe
Visited this place for a half day work for Visa processing. 1. The room was a bit suffocating. 2. The property is from Stone age and the maintenance was not good. The fittings and taps were not properly installed. Even a 12 year old can take out the tap from the basin with bare hands. 3. The room was clean to a decent level. Was it worth the price for a few hours of stay? Definitely not. To summarise -> This is an Okay okay place with decent functionality. Don't expect anything fancy. --------------------------- Additional comments: The booking experience was good (Direct booking) and I got good response for my queires for reaching the hotel. Out of 2 stars, 1st is for Cleanliness and 2nd is for Owner's responsiveness and guidance till the end of my stay. ---------------------------- Reply to Owner: 1. I stayed at your place on 19th of October 2021. It was a 3rd or 4th room at the right side on 1st floor. The room has a Window AC. 2. Yes, I blindly trusted the reviews, so I didn't check the room before hand. I never said you forced me to stay there. I was not in a situation to run searching for Hotels since I had a hungry toddler with me and I had pre-booked the room. 3. My description of the room as "Stone Age" means that all the products in the rooms (Interiors, doors, bath fittings, AC.etc) were too old. I never mentioned that it was bad. The bathroom badly needs maintenance. 4. Kindly don't expect your customers to do Market research on your behalf. You have to checkout other hotels by yourself. P.S: Since this is not facebook, there is no "Reply" option for me. So I edited the review to provide my response.
Internet speed is real fast. I was able to to do WFH with great vpn connectivity. Jug water was good compared to bottled water.
