A very poor customer service this waiters knows including owner such pathetic way of talking to customer.. ppl wish to visit be ready for humiliation.
It's a bar. Not a family restaurant. But serves a really good food. Roasted chicken is awesome dish and other Chinese dishes such as fried rice and noodles are decent too. Noisy at times especially at the ground level. First floor is good.
As a tourist stopping in here, I had a poor experience. I was staying at the nearby ITC hotel, and was looking for a drink and food for the restaurants in the hotel are closed from 15:00 - 19:30.
Wait staff had very little English.
When I tried to order food, the waiter just shook his head at every option I pointed out. I've seen other reviews suggesting the Butter Chicken, but I could not order that for some reason.
Menu is very large and expansive --seems disconcerting.
Back room is very dark because of poor lighting.
I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 for they seemed genuine, and the back room is Air Conditioned and cheap pricing.
When you are damm broke and you want to try some shady bar with good food options then sarovar opposite ITC grand is the place to go.The place is quite know in local . We decided to give it a try.The place has 2 sections one AC and one NON AC.Great thing is smoking is not allowed in AC section. We ordered

The dum biryani was okish,with lot of whole spices in biryani which was dissapointment.
Verdict:Sarovar is a decent place to have drinks and the quality of food is also ok.We missed to try fish which i will try next time and post in the review.
