Rooms are good. The location is convenient. Service is fast. Breakfast is simple but tasty. Bathrooms don't look clean. Towels are worn out. Also, the hotel just keeps 1-2 towels and you have to request for more. They even don't keep tissues in the room. The kitchen closes at 10:30 PM.
1. Service is excellent. All the staff are very friendly and will help you in all aspects. 2. Food quality is very good. Superb taste and not too expensive. The restaurant is vegetarian 3. Location is pretty near to the safari booking point. They arrange for the gypsy/bolero which will pick you from the hotel for 400 rupees extra charge
Very very poor service, we have to keep repeating our requests 2-3 times and then it gets fulfilled after 30-45 minutes. Not at all worth it. Definitely no way a 4 star experience. Not even 3 star in service aspect. Food is also really bad, had no salt in any of the sabzi we ordered (lasaniya bataka, sev tameta and paneer butter masala - NONE of them were good). There are no bathrobes in the suite, we asked for hairdryer and the staff says "please give few minutes, we'll get it back from another guest and provide"! I mean they really have only 1 hairdryer among all rooms? We rented 3 suites with jacuzzi and all the jacuzzi were dirty. They cleaned the room but not the jacuzzi. On requesting to clean it still pending (already waiting since more than 30 mins)
Its very good hotel available near to sasan. You could find a luxury in the outskirt of jungle. Rooms are too good but where as we wanted to live jungle but it would be like luxury. Wonderful ambience and a landscape. Peaceful atmosphere.
Not value for money. I have booked for 7k/room/night. It doesn't give feel like 3 star or 4 star. Washroom and furniture looks so cheap. Swimming pool got 5 feet height so if you are short its gonna difficult for you. However staff was helpful. If you get around 3-4k then go for it.
