Sarovar Portico Naraina - Hotel in New Delhi - New Delhi, India

I'm feeling lucky that I found such a caring place to stay. The people mostly could not do enough for us; so helpful. We had a very early start on the day we left India but the kitchen wouldn't have been open then. They made us a packed breakfast and served us chai in our room, so kind. The rooms were good, the food and service also, wish we could have stayed longer.

I went to this hotel when looking for a place to arrange a meeting cum get-together. The staff are very cordial, helpful and try their level best to meet customer expectations. This is a very big plus point . The location of the hotel is not at all a positive point and parking is difficult. The reception, common area and the restaurant are not that spacious. The charges and tariffs are on the higher side vis a vis the room sizes. We have not tasted the foods & beverages so can't comment on that. Overall, not that great a package.

The hotel is a bit expensive for the facilities provided. I booked it for around 5k per night. Hotel and Rooms are clean. The property is new. They don't allow outside food and food from in-house restaurant is good, but I noticed the food tray was not clean, and this happened twice.

Best place ever for a luxury and peaceful holiday. The property is very clean and beautiful location. The management is very cooperative and friendly, special thanks all front desk staff they were very helpful during our stay. The food is also very good and tasty

Most amicable , warm and hospitable service .The staff are highly professional. Managing a group of 80 students' stay here was seamless .Students were super happy with the spread of food.

Attended one business conference here on 27/11/23 accompanied by dinner..A prestigious brand like Sarovar Portico to my surprise served snacks in paper alluminium foil plates inspite of serving in proper ceramic plates.. On requesting the waiters to change the plate as it became soggy with green chutney the plate never came again... Secondly, the QUALITY OF FOOD served in dinner was really PATHETIC...Neither there was flavour in the food rather I shud say just tasteless nor proper service was there.. The gulab jamun were all burnt from outside but if taken a bite were absolutely cold from inside.. I even made one waiter also eat it and he also accepted... For every single thing from the refilling of the salad counter, to the bowls , to the spoons everything had to be asked.. BIG SHAME ON THE SAROVAR PORTICO, NARAINA staff & their chef on their PATHETIC SERVICE and below average food quality.. Arranging , the conference on the road side dhaba wud have been a better option.. I felt really bad that the company people organised the event , paid properly also to the hotel but in return the management of the hotel least bothered to serve well & thus insulting the company executives rather... Better try some other hotel to conduct any of the occasion .. Really not expected from such a big brand like this ..... WORST EXPERIENCE REALLY .....

The worst hotel ever. The rooms are smelly. The corridor is smelly. Washroom is the worst. There is a constant noise in the room. The rooms are overlooking the parking so anyone can peep into the room. Staff is unhelpful. Ac is no functioning. And the locks don't work. Except for a feeble chain lock you cannot even lock the room. The whole place is a disaster. You can literally hear everyone in the building. The night staff is unavailable and nobody even answers the phone at the reception. It sucks soo much that it should go out of business. There is no parking either.

Room Costing somehow higher than facilities. I didn't even get a foot mat in the room neither in the bathroom. Room AC was not working properly. But the good part was the service of their staff. Food cost was higher than expected.
