Well the name itself is for everything. You get everything in place and service is good. The ambiance will make you feel luxurious and up notch. Neat and clean rooms with spacious washrooms. Good options in food but dining here may cost you a little dear in your pocket. On the whole it's a good package.

Our night was marred by the wedding in progress. We didn't get any peace until 5 am. Non-wedding guests should be given a discount because of the inconvenience they have to endure. Hotels should inform guests about wedding before they make a booking.

Had a great stay at hotel portico ,the service here by the team is very prompt and the staff is very cooperative. The rooms were clean and all the required essentials were stocked up . The food is good but might be a bit expensive to few.over all I would rate them 4 .5 and would definitely recommend it.

The furniture is poor, the room insulation is very poor. The hotel's quality is subpar, and the service it provides is extremely disappointing. The manager, Amit, lacks the necessary skills to effectively handle clients and their needs. Additionally, they have a tendency to overcharge for food items. The staff's approach is disruptive, as they sometimes attempt to settle the food bill without the card machine asking for cash, only to return later with it. Furthermore, Amit is unresponsive when it comes to returning calls as requested. The overall experience reflects about three hours of mismanagement. The staff's quality and service standards are notably poor.

On 29.06.2023, Had chance of stay at Sarovar Portico room no. 306. Was charged Rs. 3600 for one room of two person stay including complimentary breakfast. Hotel room was good. We had to wait 15 min to get room clean. Dinner service was good. Paneer item was very good , Makhni Daal was also good. Mix veg average. Gulab jamun in Sweet dish was not upto standard at all. This was taken from Tin Box .Fresh made has different good taste. Tooti Footi was ordered but it was not tasty at all. Night went well. Room service was good. In morning got entry in swimming pool located at Floor 2. Morning breakfast was very good.Enjoyed Paneer prontha, Dosa, lassi Watermelon juice, lichi juice , sandwich etc. Omelate and non veg options were also there. Hotel deserves 4 star.

The service is very average. The mini bar was not stocked. The AC in the common area and the restaurant was not switched on. Requested a fan atleast as it was very humid and was turned down saying after 11pm won't switch on anything. The team is demotivated and not interested to serve.

The hotel, its food, location and its rooms are very comfortable and hygueninc. The service of the staff is exceptional. I personally like the assistance give by simran at the front desk/reception. Overall, a great choice to stay.

I stayed in Sarovar Portico - Jalandhar, from 09/04/23 to 10/04/23 and I had the worst experience ever. The restaurant, room, furniture, bed, bathroom were very dirty, the floor was not cleaned properly. There was a hole in the bedsheet, can you believe it. The shampoo and body wash bottles were empty. The towels were so hard. Don't know whether anyone does QC before guest check in or not. The staffs were also very lazy.. I had the worst hotel experience ever. It was a total waste of money. Very disappointed.
