Sarovar Portico Jaipur - Hotel in Jaipur - Jaipur, India

Recently I went to Jaipur for a mini vacation, and I had booked this hotel for my stay, for 3 days. I would like to say that my stay experience was very nice, and the hospitality of the hotel staff was also very good. Our check-in time was 2:00 pm after noon, but on my request they gave us check-in at 10 am. Which we liked the most. And about morning breakfast, you should experience breakfast in this hotel once, I am sure you will not be disappointed. The only problem we had. This hotel was at a distance of 10km from Jaipur city. But due to the availability of the metro, we were a little comfortable. I would definitely recommend you to stay at this hotel.

During my recent stay at hotel, I encountered a couple of significant issues. Firstly, the heater jug in my room malfunctioned, making it impossible to prepare hot beverages. Even after reporting this problem, the hotel staff did not provide a timely replacement or repair. Additionally, I experienced inconvenience with the door access card system. On several occasions, my access card randomly deactivated, requiring me to visit the front desk multiple times to have it reactivated. This was not only frustrating but also raised security concerns. Experience with the morning breakfast service at hotel was disappointing. The staff's attitude and service were subpar. They appeared disinterested and inattentive to the needs of the guests, making the breakfast experience less enjoyable. It's essential for the hotel to improve the training and attitude of their breakfast service staff to ensure a more pleasant start to the day for their guests. Overall, these maintenance and security issues significantly impacted my stay at the hotel, and I hope they can address these problems for future guests.

It is a good, neat and clean hotel with humble staff. Food is also good. The main thing I would love to mention is they open the windows (room windows) on request. There was plenty of fresh air and no foul smell.

Well located, well appointed and has the definite ambience. Whenever a guest walks in doesn't get to do a check ..which used to happen earlier or even now in many good hotels. Especially the regular customers and the corporate guests you cannot tell them on the face that my published check in time is 1 pm. The Front Office needs to be more sensitive. Restaurant and Room Service and even housekeeping experience was really commendable.

The hotel is not ready to manage rush. There service is one of the worst I have experienced in the hotel industry. You go for buffet and you wait for everything be it food, cutlery or tea. Just wait and wait and wait. There air conditioner does not work at all in the night. If you are looking for a higher paid oyo room then book this property.

This is a Super Price to performance Hotel. I got 1 room for 2 adults - X 3 Nights with Breakfast for 11K Its super. The rooms are nice. Only issue is Towel Quality & Bath Accessories. Not up to the mark. My Room # 516 was excellent - super view et all. Great Breakfast - Mr. Kishen takes good care & the Dosa was Nice. I missed a Coffee Machine here... The Location is average.. Otherwise I would suggest & recommend this hotel for stay in Jaipur. I was satisfied. MBJ Mumabi

the hotel is located at some noise free place and less crowded. A very neat and clean hotel with all required amenities present. The breakfast spread is good and very delicious. I like entrance lobby and reception staff behaviour. Nice comfortable room and delicious breakfast.

I'm staying today . Called 5 times at reception some construction work is going on just a floor above our stay . We said we had started at 4am from our place and wanted some rest time. No action was taken. Whenever we wanted to take a nap, some hammer sound just came in as disturbance. Food quantity and quality both poor.
