Decent place though it seems to be past its prime. The age is showing in the room fixtures, furniture, bathroom. Discuss rooms, good service. Surprise was that almost all tv channels were available unlike hotels today which just give some free channels and no english or premium channels. The food was very good. They have a bar but a lot of options listed in the menu were not available.
Super convenient location. Very polite staff. Awesome connectivity to must visit places in Indore.. clean rooms...
Just one important feedback..the bathroom jet spray was very hard to use and literally created a rash when used..please change it if possible..
The Shower unit was very good..toiletries were of the finest brand...

WORST HOTEL OVER:
1. I talked to 3 people for booking, all 3 quoted different amount and at the end paid a different amount. They don't know what's the rate of their rooms.
2. Bathroom door doesn't lock
3. TV doesn't work
4. Have to call housekeeping a minimum of 4 times to get anything done.

We had visited this place recently. It was a wonderful experience. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The ambience is very good and the food was amazing. It's very close to the airport as compared to other places. Overall a great place.
The rooms have a good scope of improvement.
To my surprise the rooms here have Carpet lately i don't find it in hotel but they had.
The brand should keep upto it's name
Only thing which is in favour of this hotel is location. Pathetic service and room quality. You will get a feeling of lodge and not hotel. We have booked 7 rooms on 4th floor they shifted two rooms to smoking zone. Will not suggest this to anyone.
The hotel is situated in the regal square due to which market area and chappan shops are very close. View from windows is really awesome
Rooms are well maintained and also the staff is good.
Swimming pool is on 3rd floor and there is no way that sunlight can touch the water of swimming pool so water gets cold, need to provide heater for that.
