***Don't go to this hospital for any emergency*** Need to give 1 rating as cant give zero. My father was admitted to one of the worst hospitals in Jhansi. Unfortunately, the staff there did not seem to have proper knowledge and experience regarding medical procedures. When my father was admitted in an emergency, they inserted an endotracheal tube wrongly for ventilator. We had to take him to a different hospital within four hours, as the treatment he was receiving was not satisfactory and my father was constantly strugling in pain caused due to endotracheal tube . The doctors at the other hospital had to remove the endotracheal tube as it was wrongly inserted. Moreover, the hospital did not even have sugar strips handy to test my father's sugar level. The attending staff expected me to run to the medical store to buy them while they just waited. Despite my father having a heart attack, there was no consultation from a cardiologist, not even over the phone, during the night. Furthermore, the nurses in the emergency room seemed to be casually roaming around, even though my father was in acute pain. I had to visit the hospital three times to collect my father's reports, but I still could not get them and lost my claim because I couldn't get my required documents. The reception staff were lazy and seemed more interested in making money than providing proper treatment. In the end, the hospital charged us over 25k+ for just four hours of hospitalization.
