True hospitality is not in expensive facilities but simply in the hearts of people. The Management and staff were involved end to end in the celebration and made the occasion feel wholesome. They were indeed available not only when we reached out but anticipated what we needed and checked in with us as well. Such involvement is what reminds us that true hospitality can never be bought! It's a sensibility of its own that very few hotels have in their core personality and Sarmani hotel is one of them. I wish them well and hope that they can themselves become a large hotel brand someday! I see in them the spirit of wanting to grow by the day. The hunger to do so is encouraging to see! For now, hoping more guests turn up to experience good quality food and rooms! Go in with an open mind and you will get to experience hospitality like very few hotels around, especially in Royapettah which is the city center!
Been today at Sarmani Hotel after almost 30 years. The taste never seemed to have changed. The breakfast served was exceptionally good in taste and quality. The price is very fair and the quantity served is definitely quite good. Hope the owners of this hotel continue with this good tradition of keeping all parameters of measuring their quality, quantity, taste, price and service at a good level. Enjoyed my time at Sarmani. Keep it up Owners and staff.
prime Location small room as budget rate common washroom hot water 24 hrs need improvement in cleaness of wash room but it's not deal breaker nice veg restaurant economical charges friendly n cooperative staff Mr Vijay is really helpful. they offered extended chk out that was really great. overall satisfactory stay experience as per charges.
Very near to the U S consulate, Good spacious rooms with attached vegetarian restaurant and permit room for Bar users.They have parking space for those who stay in the hotel.A secured place to stay
Old hotel on general petters road.. sound in the room of roads early morning and late nights is it's USP.. the quality of the food in the restaurant has gone down with times. Sad story of this old hotel
