Very supportvie doctors and staffs. Cleaniness in rooms and checkups are done on regular intervals. Food offered for patients is too good.

I was tense about my kidney stones bcz It was around 14mm and 4mm. Once I met to Dr.Saurabh Pandya I feel that I am with Right Urologist. After my operation I was treated like a Special Guest in Hospital.
After my stent removal process I traveled to Delhi on Same Day but there was no Pain at all.
Now My all Pain Gone and Really Happy With Hospitality....!!!

Really bad experience, took an appointment of 10:30, the receptionist told me the doctor is in an operation, will come out by 11:30, I didn't mind waiting, he came out at about 11:15 and went into his office, half an hour later he has not seen any patients yet, he decides to leave the hospital and go for some "urgent" work, and doesn't come back till 12:30, not caring that there are several patients waiting for him. I had taken an appointment 1 week prior, and the doctor didn't care to attend. My friends in this city have also had similar or worse experiences , really hope their appreciation towards the patients increase
I don't know about hospital but yeah, Dr. Saurabh Pandya is one of the most humble person and Doctor with a humanitarian touch I have met. My father as well as My maternal Grandfather were treated by him and his early prognosis helped for in time treatment.
Apart he helped on managing an injection which was way to costly & rarely available going out of his way.
Kudos and More power to Dr. Saurabh Pandya amd all the best.

Hope this helps someone else! We took up treatment of Dr. Prashant Shah/Sarjanam Hospital for vascular related issues of my aunt. After some initial discussion Dr. Prashant Shah felt that she needed to under go a surgery. Initially Dr. Prashant Shah was good in discussion and seemed knowledgeable so we agreed to do the surgery.
During surgery he couldn't handle the patient and had messed up the body of the patient. He even had to call another specialist to complete the surgery. He is absolute rude person and becomes instantly angry on patients if we ask him anything.
My sincere advice to everyone that do NOT take services of Dr. Prashant Shah & Sarjanam Hospital. There are better vascular surgeons in vadodara.
Excellent doctor (Dr Saurabh Pandya). Excellent staff. One of the most friendly, polite and helping staff i have ever experienced in vadodara.
