it's on of best park in my favourite city... the vibes are awesome you ar going to love it filled with greenery, jhulas, washrooms, drinking water. cleanliness is top notched. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED MUST VISIT PLACE
One of the known tourist attraction place of Gandhinagar since years. Giant framing type entrance gate gives pleasure of great welcome entry. Favourite place of many morning walkers.
The place is well maintained but more suitable to kids and there are many play areas. But the bad thing is right outside the park there are many Pan Shops which is not a good thing around the kids. The shops inside were closed so nothing to buy there and the water stream over which the passages are completely dry and many couples could be seen snugging. So I don't think there is much to do here. I went to Punit Van before this. That is a much better place to be at.
Nice calm and very much greenish, now it's also ideal for the family even, previous it's notorious that it's only for couples but now scenario is changed for family and friends too it's big and having kids play areas with all working activities, very clean and green, there is also one small store inside garden where you can have tea, coffee some snacks and cold drinks also. Behind the garden there is also a view of sant sarovar dam. It looks spectacular. Friends families can enjoy well here you can spend 3 hours easily.
Sarita Udhyan is a peaceful place. I saw many peacock and squirrel , birds. Beauty of peacock is a heaven in this world . I really enjoyed the calm here. And the best place to hangout with friends and Family. Lots of trees are here surrounded by this area.
Loved it. It was evening and I think that's the best time to be here. So calm, that you can hear your own heartbeat, LOL!! The lush green garden with adequate benches, swings, metallic lion statues add to the anesthetics. Oftentimes you would be greeted by peacocks proudly flaunting their assets. Oh, I love this place. You can find many spots that are super beautiful for a candid photograph.
Great place to be....... Very well maintained....... Never ending Udhyan it is...... Don't be surprised if you find Dancing Peacock here in the morning...!
Cool place to hang out amidst the trees and plants here. There is a dedicated kids play area with slides, seesaws etc.. Also, small grass playgrounds are available so one can play games like badminton here as often seen here. Washroom facility is available here and if you feel hungry there is a place for light refreshments also.
Very nicely made and maintained lake with park and other sports facility side by side. Come in early morning to experience cool breeze and amazing sunrise. In the evening this place becomes heaven for elderly ppl to sit, stroll play with grand kids.
