I was very disappointed as a tax paying citizen of India.It is the most useless hospital. What is the use of an eye specialist if you don't even have proper eye power checking machines? Don't know if the machine is just for show. I was asked to come after a week when I can be examined immediately and later when I came, I was asked to visit some private hospital to check my eye power. I think people here are definitely working in collusion with private hospitals and don't want to serve people. I hope the government takes action against these freeloader staff in the hospital at least the ophthalmology department.
Clean hospital, experienced doctor, ample amount of medicine all are good.
Nice hospital but , the medicine what they give to patients are not useful because mostly the expensive one they don't give . Better to go RML hospital , which is the central government hospital and the doctor's are highly specialised. Not like Delhi's government hospital.
Very unprofessional service given here. People come here with lot of expectations and hopes but all types of facilities - emergency admission, doctors, queue system, everything was disorganised. Concerned Authorities should take strong action on this
Exellent doctors. Great staff. A lot of rush because free of cost consultation and medications are provided. Someone in the reviews has suggested that Gangaram hospital is a better option. Yes sir, definitely Gangaram hospital is a better option.. but Gangaram hospital is a private run corporate hospital which has very high consultation fees and no free medications. So u cant compare both these hoapitals to each other. Both are good in their own way.
I went there after an accident but no one was responding. As you all can see this is the hospital emergency department image, no coordinator was there to send patients inside or ask for any help. Only one doctor was available there who was sitting inside and checking patients, so unprofessional and needed improvement. I called the complaint number 1031, as they said that I can't file a complaint against hospital amenities, if a doctor is not attending a person they can file a complaint against the doctor. This Hospital does not even prioritise people who have urgency.
Very bad service in hospital .today in Tuesday (14-3-2023)i will come in hospital for treatment but still no one doctors are available at 11:30 in hospital room no 124 and i will try call his help line number but no buddy have pick my call.there many pasent are waiting for the doctor at last 2 or 3 Hours . Hospital staff also not informed to us what time doctor are coming at the room.
