Sardana Labs - Diagnostic center in Jalandhar - Jalandhar, India

Being one of the most reputed lab of Jalandhar they need to work on the behaviour of their staff member. I requested them multiple times to share my reports on whats app before 8.30 pm as my treatment will only be taken forward on the basis of my report. At 8.47 I called in the lab and the staff member said Mam reports are in my hand and will be shared with you in few seconds.. It's 9.40 and still i am waiting for my report which has not been delivered to me. Because of high fever i was not able to collect the hard copy at 5.30 pm and requested them to share the soft copy at the earliest. the staff member was so rude to me that I can't even explain .. A humble request to the management kindly look into the matter

Building location is good as earlier in patatic condition and location. Price is as compare to other labs less. I have done my ultrasound with 500 Rs. Clean and nice condition. Only one thing I have notice wrong that queue system or no system of patients not well managed.

They don't give the reports timely, firstly they make you sit for 15 mins then they handover the report even though if you come at/ after the given time. Kind Attention to the Management:- Please take this into the consideration.

Poor management,half-day without any information. There's no information on website/on Google as well There was no information pasted on the gate, the team asked one patient to come and then they refused the patient to take in, inhumanity shown by the security guard,he didn't offer a chair to the patient, His words were " sample were supposed to collect till 11 am, and it was just 10:40am, and they refuse to take patients in. None of the senior staff or manager came outside to take the call. As per security guard,the staff refused to come outside. Nd closed the gate, then after constant argument,one of the male staff came and he take the patient in. . I came all the way to ur lab, as I found this lab is one of the best lab in a city, but highly disappointed with the behaviour of the staff, the girl staff over a phone call cut the call without listening anything.

I have an surgery appointment at 1.30pm and reached sardana labs at 10:45am and the worst attending service faced in my life she don't care about any urgency and waiting for scan upto 12.47 and still waiting for report. What a world class service provided with no time waiting as mentioned in your website. I'll recommend sardana labs a -100 stars for such service, no card accepted, no respect of any urgency, overall no respect for any patient, everything No-No-No. and attendent busy on mobile most of time

Worst place, no means of urgency with us, I have been surgery at APEX HOSPITAL, at 1pm and explained to the attendent lady at 10:50 am and the attendent lady doesn't Care about the urgency we faced and no directions about the process and rude behaviour. Wait times are unexplained and undefined. Anyone who has a "sifarish" is treated prior no matter how long one has been waiting. Seriously avoid this place and try better labs available in the city, there's no option to post minus ten stars otherwise would have given that (-10 * for service).

Very bad experience . Not even know how to deal customers. Not to visit here for blood test and also they don't know how to take blood for sample untrained staff .

One of the worst place they don't care about the patient and situation. I want to give them even negative rating but no option is available.
