Good picnic spot to spend some quality time with family. If you are planning to go, don't forget to pack your own eatables. Not a single shop nearby to this place. Atmosphere is good and relaxed. Some good spots to click photos. Beware of monkey thieves.
One of the best place to spend time with friends and family, you can come with nature and a unknown water resource gaumukhii called raamjhrnaa is very good, and swimming pool, overall it's very good place for picnic. I have visited this place at Makar Sankranti parv and here was lots of crowd.
History says that once Lord Ram was here during his Banbas and drink the water from this hole. Water is coming from the ground all over the season. It is present 2kms from the entry gate.Minimal Entry charge is there, you can take four wheeler inside the forest.Ram jharna is best known for picnic.Many monkeys are living here.
It's very good place but maintance is poor. Govt should take care of these type of culture and heritage related place. Entery ticket is Rs 10 and car parking is Rs 20. Over all must visit this place
