The food quality and service was good earlier.... But now no... Service and atmosphere is like cheap local hotel...

Decorated as a big Hotel, inside not so big, Tasty is also average. All vegetarian food available. Party hall available, if food ordered for 40 persons you can avail it Parking facilities available. Overall ok

Very Worst Hotel I ever seen in Madurai. Don't get cheated by the word Pure Vegetarian hotel and Appearance of this Hotel(Garage) by lights in the front of the hotel. Cleanliness is Absent here. Respect you can't Expect here. Food Tastiness is Absent here. I would rate (minus 100) out of 100 . If you order food for dine in ,it will take around 45 mins to more than 1 hour. After server taken our order, server will ask us to order some other food ,until the first food you ordered will get prepared at the same time and make us to order that food and immediately 2 mins gap two food will come at same time. I think it is trick to earn money. If you think you can eat the food in budget in this Hotel , with their trick you have pay twice the Budget for food you think. Food are below average level. Server and Cashier and Owner are all money Minded and not at all listening to our(Customer) words. Many Good and Budget Friendly Hotels are their in surrounding this Hotel. Don't Get Fooled by the Appearance of this Hotel(Garage).

Been here a couple of times, Hot Fluffy Poori served on Banana leaves and the Staff Service is Great with a complimentary spoon of Sweet.

One of the worst hotel when it comes to customer treatment! Starting from suppliers to bill counter person, everyone treats you like they give you free food! Pathetic in town

Food is good especially veg pulav and paneer 65. Meals are somewhat ok. Pros : 1)Taste is ok 2)A small parking lot (5 cars can be parked at a time) 3) Toilet facility Cons : 1) Food order may get delay sometimes 2) Vegetarian only

they wrote many things in thier menu but they dont serv everything all the time. Do call and check if you have anyspecific requirements. I would suggest they should specifiy this things in thier menu.
