Pathetic is the word, right from the room and bed cleanliness and smell, fungus infested room walls, dirty toilet and bathroom, watter supply and faucet condition. I had booked for my parents and siblings as i was fooled by their online conditions says group of men or unmarried couple's not allowed, this place is worst for any kind of guests. My parents had to ask for a room change as the first room had dirty black bathroom with broken toilet flush (No pictures as we were given another room), they gave another room with bathroom room taps and faucets that was so hard to open and close even for my adult siblings, you can imagine then the struggle for aged parents. Unfortunately we had booked for 2 days and there were no rooms available near by even if we wanted to pay and move. I strongly suggest spend 2-3K more and stay in a better maintained hotel than wasting your money at this horrible place.

Dont chose this hotel.Worst experience happened to me..they alloted room with power issues and no water....

Leaking water points. Fused night lamp bulbs. Better A/c, room service, sound proof rooms near the busy streets.

Rooms are not at all clean, feels dusty inside. Will get good food in the ground floor.

Easy to access mathuthavani bus station. Rooms are clean & fantastic. Their service top class. Reasonable room charges. Also they having own tasty restaurant to taste madurai dishes.

Good atmosphere and tasty foods are available. Especially Ghee roast is so good. Parking and rest room facility is available. Its located in main place. Seating comfort and serving is so good. Family persons can spend time here.

The bed was good and clean. The bathroom was horrible. Can't say what is wrong with it as everything about it was really bad. Finally, had to check out early without using it.
