We had an exceptional experience at this jewellery store. Gomathi, the salesperson attending to us, was incredibly enthusiastic and patient, catering to all our requests with a smile. Moreover, the exchange of our old gold turned out to be more favorable than we anticipated. The store itself was elegantly designed, showcasing a stunning collection of jewelry that left us in awe. The staff, in general, were knowledgeable, friendly, and ready to assist without being pushy. Overall a good experience and we will undoubtedly return for our future purchases.

First gift for the wife - #Wasted in SSElite. Worst customer experience especially with the customer handling. Bracelet section : Lack of knowledge around usage of regular or occasional products. Quality of the product with 18% wastage. The quality of the regular lock of the bracelet didn't hold for 10 days. Rework 20 days... Hard time Explaining the Floor managers... They don't understand the customers going through. #Worst Experience even for a Regular Customer.... New customers beware......

A Great gold house to own any kind of ornaments.... People were so customer friendly and so helpful.... Especially Ms.Ramalakshmi, Ms. Muthumari and Ms.Indhumathi from necklace section and Ms. Rajasheela from Haram Section were coordinated and helped a lot with kind customer service today... All the collections are very good. Especially staffs behaviour is highly commendable. We bought neck chain and ear stead staff Ms.Kokila serviced us in a very good manner. Diamond section collections are too good. Hospitality and collection are superb.
