Excellent location, and very nice rooms. The room tariff is also quite reasonable. They give a complimentary buffet voucher of 192/- per person, but you need to ask for it at the reception every morning. The food options are veg only, quite good and healthy, but a bit on the expensive side. Overall, a good place.
We have been staying in this hotel past 5 yrs ,hats off to the owner for providing great food & ambiance.....but tday we came across an adament egoist receptionist male making a fuss, the request the management to go through my complaint and take severe action so others staff will Treat customers in decent way
If great location, spacious car parking,attached restaurant is all that you are looking for,then this is the place for you.For me,all that is important but more important is the smiling face all around the place! That is what is lacking in this hotel.Everyone from the receptionist,down to the room boy are surprisingly stiff faced worse than a robot! Money seems to be the only driving force for them. They insist on payment of full advance while checking in. They promptly ring and ask when I am vacating but not friendly otherwise where it matters for me . Instead of complimentary breakfast they give you a token for 187/- and insist that you should not have vada if you want coffee! We had milk and were charged extra for it! There is a surprising condition in this hotel that you should not take any selfie in the hotel! I come across such a condition in a hotel for the first time in my life. The common area lighting is a mad blue with violet mix that will make you swoon down in a few minutes! Inside the lift, there is a strange lighting that will dampen your spirit! I wonder why they chose such lightings. So, my overall experience is not all the great and so my rating is one Star only.
Can expect a clean and hygienic budget priced accommodation within the city limits. The staff are very helpful and courteous. The dosa and filter coffee are a must try!!!

Very good place for staying in the heart of Salem City. A good restaurant is also available in the ground floor. Parking can be a problem at times. Rooms are clean and adequately maintained. The management may consider means to provide beverages like tea and coffee early in the morning. Water quality in the bathroom is also good and a very efficient water heating arrangement made for bathing even in cold early morning hours.
Very good AC hotel. But, very high prices for the food they supply.
I have arrived early morning around 5 15am, was waiting in the lobby till 5.35am,no one is there to attend my checkin. After sometime I have done my checkin. Mgmt pls undrstd the urgency towards early morning checkins..Rooms are very neat. Breakfast is fine. But lunch not worthing with the price charged. Please check the towel which they give before use. It looks dirty. water bottle is not provided.
