My father was treated here for a week, he was treated with great care by the doctor and nurses periodically but the inefficiency of the manager in the hospital irked me a lot. Even though I paid the charges on time, it literally took him 27 hours to hand me the bill. They don't have an efficient method of transaction to make the payment easier, the receptionist didn't even care to explain the particulars of the bill. I had to notify the mistake the manager made in the bill which made them to return me back some amount of money. Thanks to Dr.Mangayarkarasi, who acted on time to help me with the discharge procedure. But they seriously have to audit and reorient their management practices. Best medical professionals but the hospital needed better management.
