Saravana Hospital - Featured Reviews (254)
Will share my experience one by one.. 1. Doctor & Treatment: Regarding doctor Treatment and hospitality we can give 5 star.. so undoubtedly u can choose this hospital for pregnancy, childbirth & kidney related treatment.. 2. Staff nurse: We can see both rude and normal behaviour nurses ... Nurses attending patients admitted in the bed section are mostly normal and good responsive.. but Nurses attending out patient and working as secretarial assistant to doctors are with very bad responsive and with unaccountability behaviour.. 3. Receptionist and Token: Very bad token management system and customer support. most of the time i.e 90% they won't pick the call .. even though u got token at so and so time u will not be able meet the doctor at the said time . .. roughly u have to wait minimum 1.5 hr and max 4 hr.. so if u are planning to visit this hospital prepare your mind to spend whole day here .. 4. Lab & Technician: Overall good.. timely response.. 5.money/ treatment cost: Not charging too much nor charging too less ... Since it is private hospital they charge nominal rate when comparing to other private hospital.. Mode of payment they only accepting cash .. i dont know why they are not accepting any other mode of payment like Google pay, phone pe,. ATM/ DEBIT/CREDIT Card etc... 6. Cleanliness and hospitality: We can give 50/100 mark to cleanliness.. you cannot walk your chappal/shoes/sandal inside the hospital they will ask you to remove it outside but staffs, nurses will walk with their footwears. . They are charging so much money but you cannot find single drop water for drinking purpose... Even if u are admitted in bed also u cannot have drinking water facility.. So if you are visiting the hospital means please carry drinking water with yourself.. because you will be spending minimum 3hrs in the hospital in one visit . 7. pharmacy: Prescribed medicines only found in their pharmacy only.. in pharmacy also u wait long time to get medicines.. here also they lack in management. 8. Parking: This hospital allows only two wheeler parking inside the hospital campus because they have small space for parking.. so if you're visiting by car means u have to park beside the road way.. no worry large spaces are available for parking cars in roadside . So from the above experience hope u found your search.. Overall bad experience is their token management system and very long waiting time.. otherwise all ok..
Worst appointment booking process & Watchman getting money for getting token early Worst appointment booking process for Kavitha Man i have seen ever. First you have to book appointment before 2days On date of appointment you have to get token early from 6:30 in front desk. Doctor will be mostly available from 9:30. In front desk, nurses having one list of names, watchman having one list of names of appointments and getting money for tokens. If you are coming from long distance plane accordingly. We came at 7:30 token no:32 it took around 4:00pm to consult Kavitha doctor. Don't know whether doctors know these process and difficulties faced by patients( Most patients are either pregnant or with infants around )
Very very poor treated the patient and attender They only concentrate the money How to get from the patient Doctors are not available Doctors staff behavior are very very irresponsible Treat the attender like a dog The conceltation fees is 450 but the doctor have time only for 1minute Which way is this right I hate the hospital
So much of worst behaviour in staffs & they r act like they r superior .....v could give money & take treatment but the nurses seems to b they r giving money to ours....i want only one doubt if their relations coming to there they treated like that too how im treated ....worst nurses& hospital also
Very good hospital and they have experienced doctor Dr:kavitha mam is humble person One thing I suggest if they have other kind of payment options it will be more useful. Only they accept cash payment. And also there is no near by ATM. And even in pharmacy only cash they are accepting. If your buying medicine in the pharmacy atleast you have to wait in queue more 15 min in line. There are some disappoint with the crowd management, new token systems. But if you are ready to overcome this and have best treatment opt this place. But staff behaviors are not good.
Very poor management. No proper token system, poor hospitality sorry no hospitality here. Doctor is purely a money minded person but seems to be good in handling patients.
Dr. Kavitha Saravanan was the best. She handles every patient carefully and takes very cautious desicion. Good service and best treatment. We had a happy and healthy baby on Normal delivery. There are some disappoint with the crowd management, new token systems. But if you are ready to overcome this and have best treatment opt this place. All facilities for pregnancy in one place.
Cuddalore best Women Docter... for gynecologist... And Neprology docters also available. Always crowded. Need to wait for long time...
