Chappati served without kuruma. (They gave lunch sambhar instead) I asked and got the Porial (yam) to manage. Table cleaning done with dirty cloth. Cleaner says they are not provided with adequate cleaning supplies. Avoid this branch at all costs. Update: waiter cancelled my chappati order after he noticed that I hardly ate it. And didn't bill me. The staff are not apethetic to customers. The management definitely is.

Ambience is very poor, though fairly clean. Not inviting. Staff is not well groomed. Food is real disappointment. Even coffee is not upto mark. Prices are very very costly for the quality of food and ambience. We tried rava masala dosa, paneer dosa, karam dosa. All are just ok.

Decent meals with limited options. Cannot finish all the rice they give, but would expect an additional poriyal/ Avial. The taste and quality was okayish with decent pricing as usual. I would expect better quality and cleanliness. Taste and options could be better too.

Definitely not worth the money. Idly sambhar is good. 2 stars only for that. Coconut chutney was spoilt. Parottas are very small. Kuruma avaerage taste. Saravana Bhavan has lost its charm.

Tasty and unique ,as always one among the best

I visited the Hotel on 29th June 2023 around 2 .30 p.m. with my family. As per hotel it is the pick time for customers visit. I found only one person is taking order for food. The concern person took food order after 10 minutes from me. The food delivery took 15 minutes to deliver from the time of order. After taking 2 fried rice, i asked for another one fried rice but the food was not available for me. It was really surprising such a big chain hotel declines the food serving due to non availability. After food, i asked for the bill for payment made through card, the delivery boy says it is not his duty to give the customer food bill, it is the duty of customer to collect from the front desk on its own. Apart from above the behaviors of staff is rally shocking and more worse than expectation. I feel i should not visit any of the branches of SARAVANA BHAVAN in future. This is my experience.
