This Hotel is perfect example for the decline of quality over time. The servers are lazy to take orders. The food quality changes everyday. A few times, I have noticed that the hotel servers/workers will be using the dining area to have their food while customers are waiting for tables. Since there are not much good vegetarian hotels in Attur, this hotel is the only option. Hotel management uses that as an advantage and continues with poor customer service.
very bad quality and quantity of food. We ordered an egg noodles nd panner fried rice at lunch time. we had to wait for over 20mins even for meals, and the taste of foods which we ordered were below average. quantity of noodles and rice were too low for a person. Also there is less number of serving persons, they also can't remember what we ordered. Totally disappointed with this hotel. we Had to Went out to eat some good food.
Food taste and price is okay. Serving is good. Doesn't take much time. Social distancing is properly followed including the covid measures. Chilli parota was bit hard to chew. Jaws started paining. Rava dosa was super crispy and nice. Mushroom dosa was okay. Parotta was okay. Felt lil hard. Not soft. It's near bus stand. Definitely a family place. But not for unique taste hunters.
Very very worst food quality. Ordered chapathi nd parrota but they served me old one which was very dry. When I complained to the server, he simply says we won't bill u. When I ask this to the person who was on the bill counter he didn't even listen to me. Very worst service, we didn't ask for any free food, we are giving money for the food, so respect the customers.

Certainly food quality is not like decades before. Food and service is average.
Fully jam packed general eating hall at lunch time. We opted for the AC hall which was clean and cool. We were attended to by a polite person who clearly explained the available menu. We opted for special South meals which was @120 per head a steal. The food was tasty with an ice cream and beeda to go with in the end.
Aftnoon meals was ok . But Morning breakfast was very worst Idly and dosa were very sour in taste.
