This is amazing hospital for your issues of health. And our staff communication skills and behaviour is so good But the hospital charge some high and poor families not afford. The hospital is better than others and the communication skills and behavior of the hospital staff are good and complete facilities are available.

Maintain your patient waiting area and increase AC unit for proper ventilation. No proper sitting facility.

All staff are good but not all like nurse in charge and another one staff are arguing so much, in unmanner way , for illogical joke and other staff are making fun on them . Lack of discipline Also last time sewpt keeper and some gaurddemand for money on discharge time because help patient And other things are good

I was there for my mother's treatment and she was hospitalised in Emergency Ward while she was asked for ICCU. In emergency ward a patient can't asleep unless they are on medication. The hospital has required services and Dr. D K Agarwal is experienced doctor but here are some negative side which must be corrected:- -Very limited time on patient. Avg. 5-10sec, so, better have your queries ready but still doc will be in hurry and run away from you. -Cleaning staff always asking for money from you but when you need them, they never be on time. -TPA desk related process take lots of patience. My patient got discharged after 7 hours of waiting. - Less number of good dic and even less on nurse. - They will make you realise that money is not everything. It can only help you get admission. Positive side:- - Good tea at ground floor. - Good and attentive doctors in emergency ward. Bottom line: If you and your patient has time then better to go Lucknow instead of going money sucking hospitals Varanasi and Prayagraj. Sometime money doesn't matters but the service and treatment matters. So better go to Lucknow or any other big cities.
