The emergency ward service is not so good. Doctors are not so experienced and knowledgeable. The treatment is okay but the nurses are very rude and can't handle the patient softly. The dressing was not done properly. The billing and pharmacy was okay. But the rates are very costly. The chairs are not enough.. I could not recommend any others to this hospital.

Dr Kennedy is a people doctor. My mother is old and she likes the personal care treatment here. The nursing and administrative staff are always ready to help with a smile. The hospital has visiting specialist for multiple ailments. The location is good. Treatment cost fits a middle class pocket.

Initial first aid was good. Immediate ambulance response as located in close proximity.Sudden allergy with medication prescribed or injected was taken care in intensive care unit.Once came back to normal condition moved to general ward on same day.After regular examination with blood and urine samples, discharge is in process. Hospitality was decent. Nursing staff handled patient with care.

Appreciate Dr. Prakash Kennedy taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. The staff was always very concerned, helpful and kind. Overall(treatment, nursing, management, administration, caring) a great experience. Keep up the good work excellent service thank you so much.
