I refer Dr.Kumarasen /Dr.Sivakumar sir, our complete family visit Saraswati hospital for any treatment. We happy with their friendly service...

Today I have taken my son to this hospital emergency care. The duty doctor and the nurses not properly answering to our clarifications, instead they try to push us outside. I don't understand why they charge us for consulatation without answering us. I request the management to review the culture of this hospital and take appropriate measures as I havent experienced such issues in the past with this hospital

In this hospital there is the best treatment for diabetes especially Dr.Sivakumar sir treatment is wonderful and my parents are in totally controlled. Before visiting him my father had sugar level of 410 after two years of regular treatment now he has reduced to 126... Thanks for your excellent diagnose and treatment sir

want to share experience of my own.such a worst hospital were ever seen .there is no trained doctors either its allopathy or homeopathy only god knows .completely money minded .no proper care.no proper response.no emergency care.there is no trained nurse. covid related if u not capcable to take care patient.why u are taking risk in humans life . zero review for this hospital dont loose your'e loved ones my request

One of the good multi speciality hospital on trichy to coimbatore main road. Best hospital for diabetes. Emergency ward available. Pharmacy also available outside the hospital. Scanning facility, rooms with cleaned restrooms, best experienced special doctors all are good. Hospitality wise okay but nurses are treating the patient very harsh and rude. In reception side, they are not working properly. And not responding others.

Staffs Making too Noise.. Irritating speech..(Personally) Dont care about Patient's Situation..all should maintain silence.. (Especially Receptionist & Cash)

1. The gynecologist doesn't even know about IUD, doesn't listen to our problem fully and just prescribes medicine which dint treat my condition and had to go to a different hospital. 2. My parents are getting treated for diabetes. No improvement in their condition for one whole year. 3. My brother went with fever and cough symptoms and they said it was viral fever (said its not Covid without testing). 4.The medicines dint improve him and he was admitted after one week. After that only they took Covid test itself. 5. They refused treatment after Covid came positive. Their only kept asking will you admit here or outside. Not even paracetamol was given for one whole day, after which we shifted him to another hospital. 6. During the 2 days he was admitted, we had to constantly run to other hospitals for tests etc. Don't go to this hospital.
