Only one staff member was there to manage. One of the Cheap and Best in Thiruvananthapuram. I was there for 3 days. I booked a room here at 750Rs/Day through online booking. I booked a non AC single room. The room is very spacious. In the room there's a television, and they will provide you with bath towel and soap which is normal. The room was kept neat and clean. Bathroom was also neat and clean. To get a room of this kind at this rate is a good option I would say. Their I got nice room, silent ambience. Very clean rooms. Walkable distance from Railway station and KSRTC stand.

Neat and Clean place. I was staying in the first floor, first right side room from stairs. And it was big room with, Bed for 3 and one diwan cot, sofa with teapoy, small dining table for 2 or 3 i guess, TV and AC. But the air conditioner was set automatically i was unable to change it. When i tried it jumped back to the same number on which it was set at first. Because for me it's just one night stay, i didn't bother too much on the AC. Bathroom is in kinda strange postion but it's clean. That's what important for me. And the Receptionist or the manger in the reception is a great guy. And i really liked the service.
Worst hotel, I have encountered in my life. AC Rooms are not worth of ur Rs 2000 bucks. Old and stinky, bathrooms are more stinkier. All the bathroom fittings are Unserviceable. Stain marking inside the bathroom. Both light and exhaust fan are connected to one switch. Worst management. Luggage pickup service and water availability courtesy was absolutely missing. It's a trap to book this hotel thru any websites for showing less price.
