I just had pathetic experience here. I came for my consultation for my sister and the two lady in reception made us wait for 10 mins without asking anything they kept talking among themselves. After I paid for the consultation, the nurse said the duty doctor is not available and now I had to pay more amount for the current doctor consultation. The ladies in reception kept talking and laughing they didn't even bother to ask the situation and one lady logged off at 8:40 and just went. They have 0 decency to talk and no service. I would have given 0 stars if there was option. No one spoke even Hindi or English, worst worst experience!!!!

My sister in law was admitted to this hospital during the COVID period. She was treated extremely well and recovered with the excellent support of the hospital staff. Later she visited the hospital for her other medical issues for which she was taken care. My congrats to the team of doctors and staff. Keep going we need people like you.

Worst Hospital. One of the worst hospitals ever. Reception - The lady in the reception has all the attitude in the world, speaks as if she owns you there. She is not a professional to sit in the reception and gets angry on all the stuff you ask her. No proper response for any query you ask. If you have admitted thru the insurance then forget your integrity. They loot to the core. Finally, to discharge a patient they take almost 8 hours to process the billing thru the insurance and keep you waiting on bed without any treatment, only to see their great work. The staff - They do not respond immediately for any thing you request, they take their sweet time to respond. The Duty doctors - They do not monitor the staff nurses and just come by to just check you holding the steth. The Pharmacy - A girl work in pharmacy, who is the twin sister of the receptionist lady. The pharmacy guy does not give you any information with consulting his manager even though you are paying for your stuff and treatment medicines. It is just another ordinary hospital who make money and not driven by professional. Overall a bad experience, made a mistake just because the hospital was near by to house. Please think twice before stepping into the hospital. Finally, I do expect the owners response, anyways they cannot keep clam and just wants to reply as if they are giving a fitting reply. Doctors are very efficient and humble. They give right diagnosis and right treatment. So many patients have got healed and back home. My own brothers wife Hema who was diagnosed with Corona was saved and she went again for gall bladder surgery which was successful. My elder brother who took bad suddenly was admitted for high BP and heart he was attended and right treatment was given, now he is doing well and normal. I thank the Doctors, nurses and staff for their dedicated service to the patients so caring. God Bless you all

This hospital is very bad hospital in bangalore. No any test facility is available inside hospital as CT scan. Hospital all nurses are very untrained and rude and having not good patient care. Management is very bad. I admitted in the hospital even I have medical insurance but hospital in the insurance network list but not support for claim. All dr are also not good and not doing any good treatment. ICU faculty is also very bad and ward patient care also very bad. But hospital charging so much extra for patient. Pharmacy shop is also very bad just add unnecessary medicine and extra amount which is not required for patient. I suggest no nay patient never in life any consultation and admit in this hospital. I can not give any strat for this hospital

This hospital is only meant for minor fever or colds treatment and not for someone battling for life for sure as ICU is handled by Cleaning Staff. The reception is with untrained people who have absolutely no decency on how to handle patients attender.....and why not they be called from slum....they are behaving as such without empathy . Horrible experience!

Good hospitality and grate comfort from the hospital . Had a good time with stay and doctor . Recommit you too visit if needed not casually little but need to wait for doctor as that are less staff

I have got a very good treatment for my father there.all the doctors are well experienced well educated and very kind.along with them the staff is very good like ward boys ward aunty billing staff cleaning staff is well mannered and very well behaved.
