I am in the saral healthcare for ultrasound doctor visit time is 11 30 but still doctor have not come this is very pathetic and staff also don't know the doctor's visit time how can patient survive If they in this health care and waiting for too long
I went to saral health care for xray. Their system is good. Nd staff behavior is good. Its really very nice.
Dr Ashish Gopal is currently one of the best physicians in Mathura. He is very proficient, patient and deals his patients in a loving and caring manner. Entire staff of Saral Healthcare is also very understanding and cooperative. Heartfelt gratitude to him and his entire team.
Waiting time is very long. Staff doesn't cooperate with patients. Very bad experience . Totally not recommend

I went to saral diagnostic for DEXA scan. They tell me to wait for 15 minutes as there software is not working. But unfortunately after every 30 minutes they again told me to wait for 20 minutes and in total they took 3 hours and when i asked them for refund, they again told me to wait 15 minutes and finally they told me that machine is not working.
I am sharing my review about saral health care that the doctor is very good but their staff behavior is very rude to the patient, I found where the staff take the money from the patient for earlier numbers and already awaited patient numbers remain in last if any patient told about it then he is rude with patient.

Saral health care hospital Mathura no. 1 diagnostic center. No need to go to Agra or Delhi for investigation. Great experience , excellent staff, highly knowledgeable and very friendly... Wonderful !!!!!!!!!
