It's a decent place to stop and have a wholesome meal. Don't bother ordering fancy dishes, just a thali is good enough. You can get multiple servings. The mishti they give is amazing.
The shop location is in prime place. The shop is on the road to up hills Darjeeling, Mirik etc. But the Food quality is not so good. They need lot of improvement. But the milk tea they served is far better than their food quality.
Situated at the edge of the Himalayan foot hills, it's a good place to eat. It's a two storey sweet shop cum restaurant. We went for the restaurant and the food was quite good. We took chicken/mutton/egg thali, lassi, masala cold drink and mutton biriyani (which was delicious btw) and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal, the view is also nice from the first floor all-glass from wall. Prices are reasonable. Quantity is sufficient. I will recommend this place to anyone who is descending from the hills on their way back or vice versa.
Very tasty food with reasonable price
The washroom is very dirty and there is no water available in the washroom.
A good place to have something to eat and rest for a while going towards the hills...
Food quality is average . Try to avoid mutton . Fish was not good . Just veg meal you can eat , as there is no other better options .
