The most biggest fraud room service in the world. The whole service are very bad. They asked 3 times the money more . Also our rooms are denied. When we are going to register complaint, their behavior changed as rowdy criminals. But we handled ourselves. It is not known whether such actions are taking place with the owner knowledge. If so, he is not the only one responsible for this, his producers too... Rascal...
My stay at sapphire stay was marred by the unprofessional and rude behavior of the staff. During check-in, the front desk attendant was dismissive and unhelpful. The housekeeping staff entered my room without knocking, which invaded my privacy. When I requested assistance, they were reluctant and made me feel like I was bothering them. The lack of courtesy and professionalism from the staff. This experience fell far below my expectations, and I would strongly advise against staying here....staffs are like gundas....
Average experience , the property location is good 1km from NIMHANS but the manager was very rude. WIFI and drinking water is good other than that no other service (extra pillow /toiletries) We faced a horrible incident when one of the staff members entered our room without permission when we went to refill the water, took the key, and locked the door. The manager was blaming us because we lost the key. Fortunately, CCTV was installed on the property, and the issue was resolved. Not recommended for families
The prices of the rooms were okay but there were a lot of cockroaches inside the room. Although they clean the room every morning but still when we asked them about the cockroaches they did nothing to keep the cockroaches away.

A good place budget friendly hotel to stay, also a good location as the shops necessary for one whether medical or restaurant, grocery all are nearby this place including it's quiet comfortable place, the distance from main nimhans road is around 3 minutes, NIMHANS psychiatric department is about 15 min far from this place. When it comes to hotel amenities those are good all facilities are available (lift and room service and pick up from and drop to station) staffs are helpful and the behavior of the hotelier are also good and helpful, and yes they also arrange transport for traveling through the city if asked them to. Overall stay is good. The hotel priya is about 1 min far from the hotel where you can get good quality food withing cheap rate which is added advantage in your cheaper stay
Decent stay, with limited facilities but no parking available. It was hard to find a good place to park our car. Only advantage is that it's very accessible.
