Just shifted to this location. Locality was good. But there se no grocery store or any other store in walking distance. You have go minimum 1 km from this location to buy any thing. Environment is great as there is powai lake in front of it. Climate is generally cold in night. But it cost of living in this area is very high. You have to pay around 28-30k for UNFURNISHED 1 bhk flat . And also flat is not that spacious. Good for 2-3 person only. You have to buy furniture and any other required appliances if you are planning to stay at least for 1 year. You can also have on rent if you are planning for less then 1 year as it will be economical .

We have a grocery and pharmacy shop here and big basket also have an automatic vending machine installed. Things just got better.

Definitely a relaxed society then other societies in or near Powai. Updated as well in terms of latest technology. Should focus on hygiene more.
One big issue is transportation as this society is not connected to both sides of the road hence you do not get autos to ply for shorter distance. Would definitely recommend you to have your own vehicle if possible.
No interaction with society management yet so cannot comment on the same.
Always keep good stock of your groceries as well since there is no proper shop nearby. There r few vendors for vegetables, fruits and some daily need items but still not a single shop anyways.
The building has a good view...but that's the only thing good..
Bad society interms of cleaniness , attitude of the society and people running the society are very partial towards owners. If you are a tenant then be ready for no voice for your concerns. Rentals are too hight for the quality of society and people .
Security persons and the people running the society are rude, you also won't find good crowd in the society even if paying such a high rent. Low quality people. Even security personals discriminate between owner and tenants. Don't believe positive reviews this is given by owners and their known or people who run the society.

Good big society to stay. Most people stays here for rent and are mostly working professionals. There are no much restrictions like other society. There are 1 and 1.5 bhk apartments.
Only disadvantage is that you will have to walk around 700 meters to eat or buy something. There are no restaurants or shops nearby. There is a temporary vegetable stall every Tuesday,friday and Sunday.
Amazing, well managed, economical and safe housing society. It is in Powai in Mumbai city, yet without the hustles and noise of Mumbai city. All west facing flats above 10th floor have a breathtaking view of Powai lake and the forests. The apartments may feel a little small, but believe me, it is good enough for a 1 bhk apartment with proper lofts and tall windows.
Third class society ..lot of discrimination between owners and tenants.high rental for bad class less constructions...dont expect delivery after 12 here..hopeless security and their society rules are just logicless.no shops or vendors nearby..and the owners staying there are cheap...low class people.people who are staying here as owners dosent have backbones..and the worst thing is their committee and their rules
