SAPPHIRE Inn - Lodge in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

Location was good. The room which was promised was not given. While choosing I were given budget triple bed room in which there was 1 double bed and 1 single bed. After reaching double bedroom was given but I needed separate beds. TV in the room is useless with number of useless local language free channels. No toiletries given.

Room -- was nice and clean with both Television and high speed internet connection. A triple layer wardrobe was available. Bathroom -- was not that beauty. Adjustable persons can use it, not recommended. Exhaust fan was not available. Service -- fast and reliable staff's and an ok service Temparature -- no need for an AC, the room temparature is good Bed -- was good was clean and neat with a blanket. Can use a DOUBLE bed for upto 3 persons.

Had booked the hotel on advance with payment made through google pay in advance, but while at the time of check in, they refused to provide a room as they had not kept the booking inspite of advance payment, I was travelling with my sick elderly father, This was the behaviour of the reception staff towards sick people who have come to visit the hospital, Worst and disgusting behaviour, Dont fall into their trap of offline booking

Booked here because it was the nearest and cheapest room from Nimhans Convention Centre. The rooms and bathroom were neat and decent for the price. No complaints...

I had a deeply concerning experience during my recent stay at this sapphire inn. The lack of safety measures for women was evident from the start. What made matters worse was that people attempted to open my door in the middle of the night at 3 am leaving me and my friends feeling extremely vulnerable and frightened, and when asked about this the hotel staff displayed a shocking level of irresponsibility, showing no concern for our safety. The hotel's neglectful attitude towards women's safety was disheartening and completely unacceptable. I strongly advise against staying at this establishment, as it poses a significant risk to the well-being of its female guests.

Room and bathroom was clean but blankets/ bedsheets were torn and dirty. Pillows were pathetic. Towels were very old. Also charged for early check in even though rooms were available. Lots of noise from the outside traffic. Only good thing was the food in nearby restaurants which was delicious and economical. Overall not recommended.

Only 800m from NIMHANS (Can reach nimhans by 10mins walk) and situated on the main road itself. We booked a Non AC room for one week. Check in was quick. The room was average but considering the money we are paying, it's comfortable. Not suitable for people who are looking for clean sheets and a bathroom.

I stayed there for 4 days the rooms are nice and affordable. The staff and manager are friendly.
