Sapphire Inn - Hotel in Nedumbassery, Kochi - Ernakulam, India

Good stay experience. Rooms are very neat and you have all choice of foods beside the hotel. Airport is just 5 mins walking distance.

Location n ambience are good.basic amenities were provided.good for a travellers searchg for nite layover.

Just to add review I gave 1 star. Worst services and facilities. For the benefit of people who think to stay here.

It is very near to the Airport they are providing good rooms

Rooms were Good for the price. but cleaning is poor, the Cupboards were dirty and bathroom had hair hanging from the window. My room was changed immediately upon telling the staff. Very foor and cordial staff. Bed is very disappointment, it is a spring mattress and it hurts.

Location is very close to the kochi international airport. Staff is polite and helpful. Rooms were clean. However, rooms are way smaller than they actually look in the pictures. The bed size is also a bit small. But all in all, good place for a night stay.

Staff on the reception are conspirators,first they will show their polite behaviour and then they will show their true colours. Breakfast will be served late ,for half 1 hr late check out they will charge you for full day,will give you a Miss call to show that they are concerned for your check out,but it's their trap to charge you full amount .So be CAUTIOUS before checking in this scam hotel. Very rude behaviour of the staffs .Bills will be hand written even after they will take the payment online on different staff UPI . Unprofessional behaviour of the staffs have been seen regularly.

Well maintained rooms, stayed for overnight. Hot water, free WiFi, TV available. Had a very good breakfast at opposite tamil hotel must visit along with shops to purchase.
