Sapphire Hospitals - General hospital in Thane - Thane, India

This hospital is very good for proper treatment! I'm very contented & satisfied with the way they handled my treatment, it is quite affordable My case treatment Doctor was very professional Also they had a very good team of experienced people. The staff members had calm behaviour towards me and the other patients. I felt that the environment of the hospital is pleasing & relaxing. I'm glad that I came here for consultation than anywhere else! I would totally recommend this hospital if you're looking for good treatment

I had been admitted in the covid ward of sapphire and my experience with them was really positive. Everyone there were really helpful and ready to help. The doctors and care takers receives a special thanks for taking care and making sure everyone recovers during this crucial time. All the staff were prompt in helping. The medications and the treatment, food, bed provided was very good and the follow ups were also regular. Over I had a very good experience while I was admitted here.

Very bad and worst hospital. Please don't use this hospital if really love your loved once. Food is very bad, Doctor's are very bad. They just taken money but don't care about patient. First they try show that patient is out of danger. But in the next few days your patient will be on ventilator. My neighbor with low symptoms of covid and oxygen level 97-98 admitted there. In 5-6 days, doctors taken her on ventilator without any concern from our side. In next 2-3 days they said patient is not recovering, so kindly arrange for life saving injections and plasma. But nothing positive happened because of poor management and Doctor's available in the hospital.

Keep this hospital last on the list if you didn't get any hospital in Thane & Mumbai. Fees are high which is okay but dr are never available. My neighbor taken her husband since it is close one hospital but dr was not available. She as to wait but ultimately She as to take her husband to Jupiter were dr were on toes at entrance. But she as already loss precious time by visiting sapphire. It's not one incident there are many and more to go.

Hospital and its staff, all the facilities and the treatment given to the patients all is top notch! The staff takes good care of the patient. Best part is that you don't need to worry about the food as they have a dedicated canteen on 3rd floor which serves food to all the admitted patients (breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner). The patient's family members don't need to worry about their food. We had consulted multiple doctors before coming to Sapphire, but all previous treatment didn't help cure the illness. It was in Sapphire where the illness got properly treated! Highly recommended. If you are searching for a good multi-speciality hospital then look no further!

It's a very 3rd class hospital I've ever seen in my life. There are no doctors available in case of emergency and also there is a shortage of other staff, there are very less number of nurse staff available. For example our whole family was admitted in this hospital , first day they treated very well but after that they used to insert the saline and do their own work. They don't even notice the saline has finished or the blood is coming out of that. This was my personal experience. And we have tolerated it for more than 12days . At the time of admission they act very sincerely and after they ignore patients. We have to ask repeatedly for discharge. I've gone through depression in that phase and all patients in our ward was agree with each other. God knows how they treat icu patients? That's why in this hospital death rate is more I suggest you there are many hospitals but don't go ever in saffaire Hospital

I dont even want to give one star to such hospital. This is to inform publicly and to concerned authorities: My mother was admitted in Sapphire hospital due to Covid on 2nd april 2021 She passed away on 9th April 2021. The doctors informed us on 8th april 12pm that she was serious and they have kept her on ventilator. Till that day she was recovering and the doctors clearly said that don't worry. The hospital did not took our consent before keeping her on ventilator. We were also not given a chance to take help of plasma therapy. This hospital has been very very irresponsible . Doctors are least bothered for patient's health and only create false scenarios of patient. At first instance, patient would be shown as recovered and ready for discharge and fortnightly patient will be taken on ventilation for further life threatening treatment. We lost our mother due to this careless behaviour or due to some other reasons that hospital has very smartly kept hidden from all. And once the patient lands in ICU, then there is no going back. My mother use to say they are not treating well, staff is not efficient, there is less staff. The biggest shock was when her phone was taken away from her and we were left with no contact with her for 3 days, after so many attempts also we couldn't talk with her. How can doctors behave in such a way when thr patients are already scared at that situation? They should be allowed to talk with the relatives that will only help them recover faster. Even after collecting her belonging we notice her mobile was broken, which also shows how they must be treating patients too. I am sure there must be more such cases and I request all of you to come forward and support for the fight against the hospital

I recently got treated for Covid 19. Hospital is very neat and clean. Treatment is good. I was hospitalised for 9 days and I am fully recovered. Patient is discharged only when doctor is satisfied completely with the recovery. Due to Covid peak interaction with the doctor is very very less. But can be understood as it is difficult time and doctor has to see so many patients. But if this happens in normal time then its a problem. I also felt there is very less coordination between the nurses. I was not told to have certain medicines and suddenly next day a nurse asked me why am I not having tablets. I was actually not told when and what tablets to have. Nurses and other staff is very polite and caring. Food quality and taste is very good. You don't feel like having hospital food. They even gave turmeric milk everynight. General ward service is nice. Personal room I didn't like as it has no window. Just walls. You feel jailed. Billing process needs to be improved. It took almost 4 hours to complete the process. Also hospital is expensive.
