Been into fitness industry for more thn 5 years, I choose my teachers very careful as it's my hard earn money. Also time is very crucial for coaches like me. I already done nutrition course from other institutions but after doing nutrition course from SAPPHIRE, I understood the difference between have general knowledge in nutrition and having SCIENTIFIC KNOWLEDGE IN NUTRITION.
