Location is great very near to city center and marine drive. Room was clean and comfortable. I booked breakfast as well which was quite good. I face problem for parking as no parking available in hotel. Hotel suggested parking which is near to hotel but there is also no parking available which is pretty much struggling you have to find parking somewhere and then walk to the hotel which I didn't like.
Worst room I have ever stayed in. 1. Cockroaches everywhere. Even on the bed. 2. Unclean and torn sheets with stains on it. 3. Stinky smell when you enter the room. 4. Room service was so bad that they didn't take action to any calls.
Room was bit small but neat, clean and pleasant. It was comfortable for two of us. Very well maintained property. Basement parking space is there. Polite and well mannered staff. Overall good experience. Had a comfortable stay. Hassle-free check-in Privacy
Clean and neat small rooms. Good maintenance. Bathroom was clean. Good value for the money paid. Revisited the place again on 24-october-2023. Maintenance part need to be taken care on emergency basis or else it will become a hotel not worth the price paid for. Previously I rated it 5 star.Now changing it to 4.
Very nice experience. Calm and maintained well. Would like to go back again when I visit Cochin. Food should be arranged for dinner which will help the guests not to depend on outside food.
Great hotel in this price-range. Nice, clean, well maintained rooms with fan, AC and ample hot water in the shower. Location is also good with plenty of nice restaurant options within walking distance. Staff have been super helpful in special requests and spontaneously offering me help.

First and foremost its a little bit far from the railway station. Hiring an auto would do the job. The nearby metro station is atleast 15 min walk from the place. So to conclude its situated a little to the inside. Accessibility - 3/5 Room is small..but tidy and well maintained..It was comfortable for the two of us.The only concern was it was 2 single bed combined and not a queen or king size single bed. Obviously the bathroom also was small but i would give credit for the cleanliness Room - 3.3/5 Food was not provided by the hotel as the restaurant was on maintenance or something...but swiggy/zomato is there but won't be of any need..just in front of the hotel itself there are 3 restaurants...so food quality and accessibility is not at all a problem Food 4/5 Staffs were really good..they were so helpful providing all the necessity with atmost dedication.Let it be the room service to handling the guest.. everything was so nice. Staff - 4.3/5 Overall i would recommend the place giving 3.8/5 Great
