We enjoyed staying at the property, got the deluxe room with sea view. Clean place, all the basic necessities are covered, linen changed at request as well as cleaning service. Beds are big. It might be a bit humid in the room if not ventilated, but that's normal being in front of the sea. Will come back if I need to, for sure.

I recently booked queen deluxe room from make my trip for my stay at the Sapphire Club in Cherai Beach and I must say it was one of the worst experience of my life. The queen room was just one room and we paid 3000 ,for this room which doesn't have any beach view or a sit out .The basic look of the room disappointed me so much that I requested the receptionist to change or give me a room which is sea facing .they told all rooms at booked where as I could see two vacant rooms while I was leaving the hotel . I was ready to pay additional money for this added service, but the receptionist was so rude and arrogant that he bluntly told that all rooms were booked. I could see many vacant rooms .but reception guy was not willing to listen or understand . We were not allowed to eat inside the room nor any basic room service like tea coffee is not provided . I was so disappointed with all this that I decided to leave the hotel at 9 pm . My sincere advise to everyone please go through lowest ratings of this hotel before booking it . The GM of sapphire group called me to apologise for all this incident. My sincere request to you please refund the money as I didn't even stay over night in the hotel .

Roof top hall is good to have small functions. It's a beachside property. Pricing also reasonably.

Sapphire club beach villa is one of the best place I have stayed. Room is very close to beach and you can enjoy the view from the common balcony. Hotel manager is very helpful throughout the stay. We planned to visit with my friends again. Will recommend to everyone. This place is safe for family and people can come as family or with friends to enjoy the view from this hotel.

It's a very cool and salty air place. The beach location is very cloudy but really natural and gives you a good night smooth songs very deep sleeps with a very tired body. A negative points is beans side road is not good and not good for rental bike too. Beach near temples are very good but gate close very soon. The hotel is good and located very good area and in the morning you will feel salts in air and if you walt with naked feet you feel wetty floor too. All night and morning you will clear listen the noice and sounds of ocean water to hits the stone with her love and stole smile all the time after wet by the salty waters.

a great location overlooking the ocean, away from the crowd and a perfect place to chill at the beach. The hosts were super nice and helpful. The beach is accessible right across the street, great accessibility and parking space if you're traveling by your own vehicle. Rooms were nice and clean.

Had a cozy night at this property, followed by a hearty breakfast- some local Kerala food and omelette and coffee all included in my stay. Has amazing beach views- great vibe!
