Good rooms. The service is amazing. The staff is warm and friendly. They make sure you have a comfortable stay. Breakdowns buffet is great aswell.

I had good experience and had a nice stay I will again book the Same when I will be there Food is also good and morning breakfast was also good u can sit and enjoy having nice meal Few points I would like to mention , room chosen and room given was different. Rooms has less space as compared to price they charged. I had comfortable stay and reception people allowed me late check out on my request thank you very much

Recently on an official visit to Navi Mumbai stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. Location is awesome and close to all shops , restaurants and more importantly close to work place. Rooms are small for this tariff but ok. Food is very good with breakfast spread is enough with all varieties. Mr Sachin ganjave at the front Office simply awesome with immediate response, he was my go to man during my stay there . Very helpful with pleasant manners. The other guy at the restaurant Mr Rohit Maithas also an excellent guy with friendly manners and service. The other two guys at the restaurant are boring gloomy persons who won't smile at you even you greet them. Over all nice experience

1)property location excellent 2)privacy and security excellent 3)amenities were good but fridge was empty. 4) staff was good and well behaved 5)breakfast buffet was okk. 6)veg food wasn't good too less quantity with not good taste. Non veg food was good 7)Room service was good

This time in mumbai very worst & worst experience on shappire boutique hotel. Me & my wife stay for 9 days offical work already informed to shappire hotel but at that time 8th day I am in office meeting outside navi mumbai my wife in hotel,hotel management said to my wife again & again you have to leave this room or shift to other higher price room. Only I need to stay one night next day morning check out the room but shappire hotel management said no you have to leave this room due to other customer stay on this room that's why. I m in outside navi mumbai offical work Immediately i come to hotel, hotel management said you have check out room with few moments. Shappire hotel reception management staff rudely behavior, he don't know how to talk customer. Room are also small but ok. In washroom area insects and cockroach seen sometime. When you asked for hand towel that time hotel staff said still laundry not available evening time laundry will come will give you but that time you have to asked then provide only one sometime not given. Housekeeping staff are good but management staff are not good behavior. This was my very very horrible experience in shappire boutique hotel. I don't recommended anyone travelling to even at such stay hotel not worh it....

Great location, right in the hip area of CBD with a lot of watering joints nearby. The rooms are decent, fairly large, except for the bathrooms, which can barely hold one person inside. But the rooms are clean and have good space with a coffee table and chairs and also a small sofa for some cozy times. Breakfast is a buffet, though I didn't enjoy as I had to leave early. All in all, a good place. P. S. There's no valet, and parking is a pain as there is only a small space to do it. Preferably come by cab or park elsewhere.

The best hotel I've stayed in India at this stars level. The best service, delicious food for room service - very fresh and tasty, huge amount on the plates), ideal service at breakfasts, ideal housekeeping service and team. My highest gratitude to owners and the team. When coming to Mumbai even for visiting other parts of the city - my only recommendation where to stay for my friends and colleagues.
