Hey... Sapphire Asta Apartment- if you are seeing this it's a feedback with my positive and negative thoughts on you guys. Please work on it and be a best in Hyderabad. Negatives: 1st thing please pin the exact location of the appartment in the Google maps. Because you guys have a 2 appartments which is next to next and 1st one on the corner of the street has the reception. So google show show that particular in the map not the other one. Or Please have a good and attractive sign board of the appartment name in the corner of the street. There is a sign board of West side infront your appartment. Along with that please place your sign board. 2nd thing please teach some basic English knowledge to your employees to give best welcoming and handling the guest. Because they are very good at Hindi but it's based on Hyderabad they should learn Telugu or some English knowledge. It's will better to communicate with your staff for any additional help or services. There is a rule that visitors are not allowed inside the rooms. I don't like it, instead please change it visitors are not allowed between 10pm to 4am. This will be better instead of saying to someone like don't bring your friends to your room which is fully paid. Everywhere i do see some photo frames which has some sort of clothes stitched in it. Instead try with some natural picture like scenery and Buddha. It's will give some good ambiances also keep some kind of ambience items in the reception. I don't know why the house keeping is not happening. Atleast twice in a day please knock the door ask your guests 'is there anything is required'. Because I stayed for couple of weeks no one cared about your guests health,all the waste thing i kept it in the dustbin. Which is very sad and i didn't change the bedsheet for 1st 4 days of stay after that i called the reception and requested to clean the room. Please have a random check on the TV recharge because it' got expired when i switched on. Or please install some smart tv where you can buy it for a lest cost. It will good if it happens. Please take it in a positive way to become a best. Positive: I did a prior booking you guys have checked that already and didn't took long time to check me in. Which is very great i had a long journey and that helped me to take good rest. The room planning is good not excellent because in this field this is enough because no one is going to stay for a year. Two shades of lighting is a good innovative idea. There is a tube lights and fall seeling lights which gives good mood vibs I like it. Aakash - he helped me a lot whenever i ask him. He gave the wifi password, everyday breakfast,you great me with good facial action i don't see any hesitation,even you are not allowing me to take my own plates after breakfast. Sapphire Asta should raise his salary or do something for him. For laundry there is a change of Rs.25 for each dress which is ok along with ironing. please add this instruction in your manual so that people like definitely will use this. People who read this review. Sapphire Asta Apartment is one of the preferable in Hyderabad that for the people who come for official work in nearby. We can't expect the 5star hotel amenities here but peacefully we can stay with family and as a bachelors. Definitely 3 star review is worth of the service if they fix the negative things i will strongly recommend this to everyone who is coming to visit Hyderabad......
