A good hospital.. With healthy social environment.

Extremely rude talking behaviour of staff on phone. No online appointments , only physically appear then get appointment.

Counter Staff must be more polite and friendly as they are suppose to face patient and have to listen their all problems and Concerns. Doctors may be very good but what impression the patient will get at counter will matter more for Hospital as well as for Patients.

Very bad service, supporting staff members is very neutral.

One of the worst hospital in Prayagraj they doesn't care about patient and refuse in front of gate to take care of patients this hospital go to hell
