Booked 3 days.location odd. Smelly room, unclean rooms. Very poor services. Reminders to be given 3-4 times. Reception staff lack professionalism. Bedsheets are old and have spots. Alloted room 211 on second floor. Nuisance from terrace due to events.Restaurant good but with limited items.Hotel not worth the money. Very disappointed.Toiletries not provided.Wifi not provided. Avoid the hotel. Better options elsewhere.
Rooms are clean and spacious. Hotelis very great and so is the food. All staffs have been extremely attentive and helpful. The reception ladies like Usha and Shraddha are also very helpful. Location is decent.
The hotel has an old world charm, and teleports you to the 2000's. The staff were highly polite and knowledgeable. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service that was being offered in the restaurant. Food was affordable, and was of the highest quality and taste. Mr. Subham, and Mr. Mulayam Singh offered a splendid service making our dining memorable. The Hotel would definitely be my first choice, the next time I visit Lucknow.

Not worth pay at all... they charged me for breakfast buffet while checkout even after telling them I am not interested to have one because I have my flight. After paying for breakfast I thought to have something quickly from the restaurant, but they didn't have anything to serve. And this all was happening around morning 9 o'clock
All arrangements are nice,also staff members are so cooperative. We can say,everything is okay. Priyanshi and amit are superb guy ,and very quick to understand customer demad which makes them dufferent from other's.
