All the staff are very good and very cooperative but only the problem is with billing staff in 1St floor they don't co-operate with any body nor talking properly with patients family member.Talking in rude way..Not giving time to think for the patient decision they want on the spot decision of any case for the patient.The rudeness in them is totally not acceptable.They should be clam and talk in a good manner because patient family member's are already in so many tensions and if they behave like this is like the hell... Kindly if it's possible then please tell them to behave properly with each and every one ..They are talking as per the patient's condition that if they are in cash they talk properly and if they are in for mediclaim they also talk ok ok but if they know that this patient are in ashuyman facility they behave like we are not anything.This is the government facility which is for every 1 .So it's request that your bill staff from 1St floor should b behave properly with each and every 1.

I came with very high expectations of excellent medical expertise and care to Sapan Hospital , and I am very happy to have made this decision to be operated by Dr Sandhya Harpale . I noticed great punctuality with appointments , attentive listening by the doctor about the concerns and fears of the patient , complete professional approach to various tests required as prerequisite to surgery , I also noticed a total focus on the needs of the patient , courteous and prompt service by supporting staff , clean and airy rooms , very regular visits by doctors , sensible advice about diet by an expert , and a certain kind of special warmth that women patients need ! To top it all fresh fragrant flowers in the recovery room . I am an absolutely satisfied , grateful and recovered patient ! Thank you Dr Harpale , Dr Kinjal Shah and Dr Madhavi Sawant . Amazing doctors with really good staff. I had personally experienced a very traumatic pregnancy with lot of complications, Dr. Sandhya Harpale was excellent at treating each and every hurdle that came my way. Her professional prowess alongside her gentle and soothing nature makes everything seem brighter. Dr. Kinjal and Dr. Madhavi had been immensely supportive throughout my treatment, always encouraging ever sporting a smile. Kudos to the team for helping us meet our little wonder. Nursing and rest of the support staff are all really great and well experienced. A heartfelt thanks from us to Team Sapan.

Right from day one we felt exptremly comfortable and at ease. The hospital is splendidly managed and is super clean. The nursing staff is extremly friendly and takes care as a family member. Dr. Sandhya Harpale mam is a genius and equally humble. Superb facilities right in the city.
