SAP Golden Grande - Hotel in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

Rooms not clean, no maintenance done for long time... Linen was not changed when I checked in... Proper Breakfast was not available , every thing was over by 9:30am. Overall very bad experience for the cost being charged... To be put in the category of a lodge...

I had a great experience in this hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is courteous and kind. Morning breakfast is good Gated parking for bikes and cars

The place was good but they don't tell about Perks which you will get after online booking. I came to know about free breakfast on the booking. They don't have drinking facility in thier rooms and cooking.

The room was too big and neatly maintained.. It has a hall also and is too good a deal for that rate (around Rs 1500).. TV had many paid channels.. My room had a small balcony though the view from it was not any good.. Dedicated parking space available.. Complimentary breakfast.. It has a restaurant downstairs..

The stay was wonderful and worth every penny of the 1k I paid for a night's stay. Accommodation and complementary breakfast for 2 adults and 1 child in Bangalore at this price point without compromising on safety & accessibility is really a rare find. The reception staff were courteous and waited on us for a really really late check in (1 AM) and the breakfast provided was very good that me and my family might have had too much and eroded their margins. Those who complain must remember " you get what you pay for" and it's impractical to expect 5 star facilities at this price point.

It's just an average hotel. We have booked this hotel because of their parking facility. But , it's hard to park the vehicle. The guy who was in the reception has not informed our early exit in respective charged person in the other day. So, It takes half an hour to move covered vehicles. They have the space but not wisely arranged. The room was average. Toilets are too old and closet screws removed. I was also afraid it would fall down.I know it will be hard to maintain a hotel and premises. But, as a travel person facilities are very important.

Good rooms but needs to focus on customer service first rather than on making money.

Well, firstly I was not looking for a Star quality experience in this budget stay, but it is beyond my comprehension that how can someone offer such dirty room to the visitor! How can justify such pathetic uncleaned room under the garb of budget stay! Wardrobe hinges are coming off, washroom fittings are quite old, bedsheets are uncleaned, chair is broken and many more! Not a good experience!!
