Sao Domingo's Holiday Home - Resort hotel in Cavelossim - South Goa, India

I alongwith group of 3 families visited this place during first week of October. Pros and cons about the place Pros Decent swimming pool Location is good with beaches and restaurants in walking distance Cons There were cockroaches in mattress, hence it became menance since we had small kids. Sometimes there was no hot water in bathroom for bathing so my 2 year daughter had to bath with cold water. On asking the management, they said they have just started the Geyser. This was mismanagement from their side. Rooms are very small not like you see in pictures.

We had a short stay here. It looks really nice and is located in a good location. Reception is helpful. It has a big swimming pool and is located at a walkable distance from beach. Stay was a bit complicated as the rooms were filled with big size black ants, coming out from all corners and bathroom. First day was really scary. The rooms were cleaned upon informing and pesticides sprayed all over in the room. Next day, the room service knocked at the door for cleaning. We requested to wait for few minutes but they went and never came back the entire day. They did the same with other rooms. Door lock doesn't work properly and needs to be fixed. Overall it would be a better place for stay if timely cleaning is done.

The stay was awesome and very close to the beach. Edwin made sure we were very comfortable at the hotel and the breakfast served was excellent. Swimming pool was neat and clean.. Highly recommend for family and couple..

I went there as a walk-in guest. I got a room, but there were few things - I. Cash only payment mode 2. When I asked if there is a way I can go to ATM, he said 'don't bother me I have lot of problems' and the old guy irritated a lot. I didn't check in but vacated immediately just due to the behavior of old guy. Ridiculous experience

Clean room, well maintained property, very clean and lovely pool and cooperative owner. One of us needed medical attention, he personally called a Doctor and he arrived within an hour. Definitely recommended.
