My sister ordered milkshake and got steel wire piece in it. When inquiring about it, owner's response was "What should I do"
Think 100times before going here. Don't go with Santushti Brand.

When inquiring about complaint book, the reply was Santushti doesn't have SOP for complaints.

Clean and small store with few seating arrangements. Nice location with ample parking space by the A.V. Road side. We had the Santushti Special Falooda that was sadly nothing special. We may give your thick shakes a try in the future.

love it! the consistency of the thick shake was too good. Even though it was a chocolate flavoured shake but it was consistently and well balanced sweet.worth the value of money. must recommended.
Best fruit shakes and ice cream!!
The best shake I have ever had. The shake is so thick that they give you a spoon to eat with and it is absolutely yummy. The shake is thickened using ice cream only unlike other shake joints who just cornstarch to thicken their shake. I love the Nutella shake. Their points systen is fantastic. Ac seating is available. The staff is friendly and guides in ordering. The quality and quantity is worth the price.
